Favorite days of The Week

Do have some days that you just hate and some that you just can't wait for? Maybe you have an activity that you love or hate on that day, it could be anything. I like Fridays best because you have time to relax into a weekend. The survey I gave agrees with me. Saturday and Friday got the highest votes. Happy Day!

Lefse

Lefse
While at South Dakota my aunt taught me how to make lefse.

Definition Time!!!
Lefse is a kind-of-ish tortilla, baked in a simmilar way, though it has a kind of sweet taste and instead of cheese and peppers and etc. you usually roll it up in sugar and butter! ( It's very yummy!)

How to make it!
It is very hard. We worked a long time on it. Even so, lefse is a very good food for Thanksgiving and Christmas (or any other time). If you want to make it, I put a recipe below for you.

Okay, this a very breif recipe but it is easy and tells you the basics. If you follow this your lefse will turn out great.

Ingredients:
3 cups instant mashed potato
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
1es
cup flour

Directions:
Melt butter and salt in 1 cup boiling water. Pour mixture over instant potatoes and stir . Add 1 cup milk and 1 cup flour; stir together, then cool in refrigerator. Roll into golf ball size balls, then roll out until thin. Cook in hot griddle. Brown lightly on both sides.

What is your daemon?

On the post below this there is a couple of books my Librarian wants you to read. One of them is The Golden Compass.

In the book, the girl lives in a different world then ours. Her world has something called daemons. Daemons are your soul, just that they live out side of your body in a shape of an animal in their world. So, the daemon is the animal that best represents you because, of course, it is your soul. My daemon is a snow leopard named Adaan. How did I find out??? I took this quiz!

How to bring out your Patronus
Patronuses are a status symbol for your wand. It is a animal that can protect you from dementors and other creatures. The spell to get your Patronus out is Expecto Patronum.
While doing your spell think of happy thoughts and your animal will come out (they look like a ghost) and will fly or run around you to protect you. Everyone has a different Patronus.
Remember: The spell is hard to do! You might not get it the first time!!!
